Storyteller, filmmaker, mom, survivor, meditator. I'm a graduate of the UCLA Training in Mindfulness Facilitation Program and  I'm here to guide you to a practice of your own, suited to your needs, and what works for you as an individual. Everyone is different, and there are many meditation tools. We'll find ways to help you through difficult times, whether you’re awaiting diagnosis, struggling with medical issues, or dealing with stress and anxiety. In addition, I hope my stories, whether you read or listen, will amuse you, make you think a little, and invite you to give meditation a try.
